Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
